Yes. Before ongoing service starts, we document access, contacts, owner rules, property information, guest guide/QR structure, reporting logic and service workflows.

Is cleaning included in the monthly fee?

No. Cleaning and laundry are charged separately based on property size and guest activity. This keeps pricing transparent and fair.

What happens if guests arrive during winter?

Winter Property Care can be adapted from property checks to guest-ready preparation or winter guest operations, depending on the property, visit rhythm and guest activity.

Do you handle guest communication?

Guest communication is included in Guest Operations and Full Holiday Home Operations. Local Control is for owners who keep their own guest communication but want local support and reporting.

Do you manage Airbnb and Booking listings?

Listing and calendar coordination are included in Full Holiday Home Operations. For Local Control and Guest Operations, listing setup or optimisation can be offered as a separate add-on.

Do you provide 24/7 support?

We provide 24/7 emergency coordination for genuine property or guest emergencies. Physical callouts, lockouts, locksmiths, repairs, night visits and external provider costs are billed separately.
