Do you manage Airbnb and Booking listings?
Yes, this is included in Full Rental Management. For Local Control and Guest Operations, listing setup or optimisation can be offered as a separate add-on.
Do you handle guest communication?
Guest communication is included in Guest Operations and Full Rental Management. Local Control is for owners who keep their own guest communication but want local support and reporting.
Do you accept every property?
No. Stay Ready Cyprus only works with properties where clear ownership, access, service expectations and guest-ready standards can be documented.
Do you offer 24/7 service?
We provide structured support and emergency handling rules, but we do not sell vague unlimited 24/7 promises. Emergency visits or out-of-hours support may be charged separately.
Where do you currently operate?
Stay Ready Cyprus currently focuses on selected properties in the Paphos area to keep service quality, local checks and owner communication controlled. Properties outside the core area can be reviewed individually.
